Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and manage incidents, problems, and service requests to meet SLA compliance.
• Document knowledge, SOPs, and MOPs using Confluence and Jira.
• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and maintain availability of performance management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and end-users to provide technical support.
• Gain operational understanding of managed solutions and data flow in the network environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Prior exposure to application support or performance management preferred.
• Skills: Basic understanding of ITIL, virtualization concepts, Unix/Linux commands. Scripting (Shell/Python) is a plus.
• Communication: Good verbal and written English skills.
• Attitude: Quick learner, self-motivated, and a team player.
