Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband & Fixed Line services.
Acquire new B2B customers (hunting) in assigned territory.
Manage client relationships and act as the single point of contact for all service lines.
Cross-sell Airtel’s multi-product solutions to existing customers.
Prepare and maintain strong sales funnel for all product categories.
Track competition activities and share market insights with the ZSM.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely service delivery to clients.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months mandatory B2B Field Sales experience.
Not eligible: Freshers.
Any graduate (UG) can apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Ability to meet revenue goals and manage large enterprise accounts.
