Job Overview Position Tele-Sales Executive (Female) Number of Positions 8 Job Type Full-Time (B2B / B2C Calling) Location Newtown, Kolkata & Asansol Salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Take-home) + PF Education Minimum 12th Pass Languages Required Bengali & Hindi (Must) Age Limit Up to 35 years
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for B2B/B2C sales campaigns. Explain products/services clearly and confidently. Generate leads and follow up with potential customers. Maintain call logs and update daily reports. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Provide customer support and handle queries professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Fluent in Bengali & Hindi (Mandatory). Good communication & convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge.
