Each prelims day has 4 shifts of 45 minutes each; reporting time is usually 45–60 minutes before the shift start.

The prelims test for Office Assistants has two sections, 80 questions and a total duration of 45 minutes.

- Reasoning: Puzzles & seating, syllogism, inequality, coding‑decoding, series.
- Numerical: Simplification, arithmetic word‑problems, DI, number series.
- Good Attempts (Target): 62–68 with high accuracy.
Shift 2 – 11:15 am to 12:00 pm Expected: Easy–Moderate
- Live difficulty level, topic‑wise question breakup and good attempts will be updated after exam.
Shift 3 – 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm Expected: Moderate
- Focus on arithmetic, inequality, puzzles and seating arrangements.
Shift 4 – 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm Expected: Easy–Moderate
