How to Fill CUET PG 2026 Application Form
- Visit NTA CUET PG portal: exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG
- Click “New Registration” → Complete OTP verification
- Fill personal details, academic info, choose test papers
- Select up to 4 exam cities in your state
- Upload photo (10-200KB), signature (4-30KB), documents
- Pay fee online (Net Banking/Card/UPI) → Submit form
- Download confirmation page for records

- UG marksheet & degree certificate
- Scanned photo (3.5×4.5cm, 10-200KB JPG)
- Scanned signature (4-30KB JPG)
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS)
- Govt ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License)
Correction Window Details
January 18-20, 2026: Edit select fields (name, DOB, category, exam city, etc.)
- Login with application number & password
- Make changes → Pay additional fee if applicable
- No corrections after window closes
