Job Description
Concentrix is hiring Customer Support Advisors for its Non-Voice Process in Chandigarh. The role involves providing accurate, prompt, and professional customer support while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through non-voice channels.
- Follow up with customers to resolve queries effectively.
- Meet assigned targets within agreed timelines.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Gain knowledge of client products and services.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in company systems.
- Identify appropriate solutions using defined procedures.
- Deliver prompt, reliable, and accurate customer assistance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
