Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following academic standards as of the cut-off date (15.04.2026):

• Master’s Degree: Minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant/allied subject.
• Qualifying Exams: Must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET.
• PhD Exemption: Candidates with a PhD degree awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations (2009/2016) are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
• Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through a transparent methodology:

1. Shortlisting: Based on Academic Records, Research Publications, and Teaching Experience.
2. Interview & Demonstration: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview and/or class demonstration.
3. Merit Panel: A provisional merit panel will be prepared based on weighted performance criteria.
4. Counselling: Merit-cum-preference based counselling for final recommendation.
