Key Responsibilities

The role is divided into three core focus areas:

1. Design & Development (The “Do” Phase)

  • Develop software solutions and API components using ASP.NET Web API.
  • Work on engineering softwares (CAD/CAE) to create models and simulations.
  • Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and impact/stress analysis on prototypes.
  • Integrate software components into fully functional, high-performance systems.

2. Support & Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot and debug existing systems with minimal latency.
  • Perform defect fixing and resolve support tickets raised by clients.
  • Develop quality assurance procedures and software verification plans.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain a repository of design changes and project history.
  • Ensure 100% on-time generation of weekly/monthly status reports (MIS).
  • Provide written knowledge transfer (KT) to client teams.

Performance Parameters (How You Are Measured)

  • Adherence to Schedule: Meeting project timelines and maintaining high throughput.
  • Quality & CSAT: Achieving “First Time Right” results with zero major post-production defects.
  • Traceability: 100% compliance with bi-directional traceability matrices.
  • Skill Upgradation: Completion of assigned technical certifications.
