The Trainee – Support position is a foundational role aimed at individuals entering the IT industry. The primary focus is maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards through technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will work under the guidance of senior staff members to perform the following duties:
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for internal teams or customers using clear written and verbal communication.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and support manuals.
- Training: Help organize and deliver system training sessions for new team members or users.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and report issues to relevant teams for timely escalation.
- Collaboration: Participate in self-directed and instructor-led learning while contributing to project outcomes and meeting deadlines.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure all support tasks align with company policies and ethical conduct guidelines.
Skill Requirements

- Communication: Strong basic understanding of both written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytics: Familiarity with Data Analytics principles and Business Intelligence concepts.
- Technical Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of technical support processes.

- Certifications (Optional): Certifications in ITIL Foundation or similar support frameworks are considered a valuable asset.
