The IBPS PO Recruitment 2026 is a national-level banking recruitment process conducted for Probationary Officer and Management Trainee posts in participating public sector banks. Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹48,480 per month. The official pay scale is ₹48,480–₹85,920. Along with basic salary, candidates may receive allowances and benefits as per the rules of the allotted bank.
