Job Description
The top manufacturer of electric two-wheelers in India, Ather Energy, is accepting new applicants who meet the requirements of the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech holders have a fantastic opportunity to begin their careers in a cutting-edge, rapidly expanding electric vehicle firm. Both men and women under the age of 28 are eligible to apply for the available positions in a variety of engineering specialties. Applicants will be assigned to Ather’s Bangalore factory, which offers a competitive compensation, rotating shifts, and a variety of amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with the operations of the production line
- Assembling and quality control work
- Observe accepted safety and work procedures.
- Run simple equipment and assist supervisors.
- Take part in training and courses for on-the-job learning.
Skill & Experience
Technical Knowledge:
- For engineering roles: Embedded systems, firmware development, MATLAB/Simulink, CAD/CAE tools, vehicle dynamics, or battery management systems.
- For production/manufacturing roles: Lean manufacturing, quality control, supply chain management, and process optimization.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and ability to identify inefficiencies.
- Communication Skills: Clear reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor/client coordination.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Especially in roles related to customer service, ride experience, or sales.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics.
