For a variety of technical roles, DhaSh PV Technologies Limited, a rising star in the Indian solar panel manufacturing sector, is employing recent ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech graduates. After completing two months of training in Unit 1, selected candidates will move to Unit 2, the company’s new location. A competitive pay, ESI benefits, and hands-on experience in a high-tech solar manufacturing setting are all provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities

Diploma Holders (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) | - Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot semi-automated or automated equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and tools.
- Work in quality control, production, or maintenance departments.
- Maintain production logs and reports under supervisor guidance.
- Support the engineering team in implementing process improvements.
- Assist in testing, inspection, and documentation of solar modules or components.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and operational standards.

B.Tech / B.E. Graduates (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics – ETC) | - Analyze production workflows and suggest process optimization.
- Supervise operations on the shop floor and monitor team productivity.
- Coordinate with quality and production departments to ensure output meets standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Assist with equipment calibration, fault diagnosis, and data-driven maintenance planning.
- Collaborate with R&D or design teams for improving manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies, compliance guidelines, and technical SOPs.
