Job Responsibilities
Scanning Products: Ensuring items are correctly scanned before packaging and dispatch.
Packing Orders: Packing goods neatly and securely as per Flipkart’s packaging standards.
Picking Orders: Collecting items from shelves as per customer orders.
Quality Check: Ensuring the right product is packed without damage.
Team Coordination: Working with fellow warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Shift Work: Being flexible to work in both day and night shifts.
Attendance & Discipline: Maintaining punctuality, discipline, and following safety rules at the workplace.
Overtime Support: Willingness to work overtime when required, for additional pay.
