Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across Darkstores and MotherHubs.
• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments of IT personnel.
• Respond to location-specific incidents requiring immediate attention.
• Implement IT operational policies and best practices.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for IT issues in assigned regions.
• Collaborate with central IT for technical escalation and resolutions.
• Support new Darkstore and MotherHub launches, ensuring smooth tech deployment.
• Monitor network uptime and maintain ISP coordination for uninterrupted service.
• Manage and track IT assets (laptops, desktops, HHDs, printers, scanners, network devices).
• Review vendor performance and support vendor onboarding/training.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and apply necessary patches.
• Prepare reports on IT infrastructure performance, risks, and incidents.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 0–4 years of experience in IT operations or network management.
• Experience with multi-site IT infrastructure (preferred).
• Industry background in retail, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL preferred).
• Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Availability for on-call support during critical issues.
