The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Mini Ratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise, is entrusted with creating, upgrading, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure in India. AAI manages over 137 airports, including international and domestic airports, civil enclaves, and cargo terminals across the country.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising engineering, electronics, and IT-related projects.
  • Managing design, planning, and execution of airport construction and maintenance projects.
  • Ensuring safety standards, quality control, and timely completion of works.
  • Assisting senior engineers in project planning and implementation.
  • Managing and maintaining air navigation, communication, and IT systems.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth airport operations.
  • Preparing technical and administrative reports.
  • Handling day-to-day operational challenges in their respective departments.

Educational Qualification – B.Tech/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or relevant fields)

  • Knowledge of civil/electrical/electronic engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, networking, and software development (for IT roles).

Salary Structure

Gross Monthly Salary (Approx)₹65,000 – ₹70,000 (including allowances)
