Job Description
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components while ensuring operational stability. The role involves creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC), updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors and service management teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and technical issues across desktop environments
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis discussions
- Create and update documentation, processes, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have: Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
- Strong desktop troubleshooting skills
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools
- Knowledge of remote desktop support tools
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in relevant IT support roles
- 15 years of full-time education required
- Willing to work from Accenture’s Navi Mumbai office
