Key Roles & Responsibilities

This isn’t your average support role. You will be building and maintaining:

  • AI/GenAI Development: Designing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Backend Engineering: Developing microservices using NestJS and Python, and creating REST APIs.
  • Data Infrastructure: Working with Vector Databases (Milvus, pgVector, or OpenSearch) for semantic search.
  • Cloud Operations: Deploying containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes) on AWS or GCP, specifically utilizing AWS Bedrock.
  • Security: Implementing OWASP API security standards and ensuring data privacy.

Technical Skills Required

  • Languages: Expert-level Python and familiarity with NestJS (Node.js).
  • AI Frameworks: Strong knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL and Vector Stores (pgVector, Milvus).
  • Cloud: AWS Bedrock, RDS, and general cloud-native services.
  • Workflow Tools: Apache Spark (basic) and DAG-based data pipelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Academic: 15 years of full-time education (B.Tech/M.Tech preferred).
  • Experience: Must have hands-on implementation in at least one GenAI project (Internships or academic projects count!).
