Airtel is hiring Customer Service Executives for its Inbound Customer Care Process. Candidates will handle customer queries related to Airtel DTH services and provide proper solutions while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to Airtel DTH services.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about services, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic customer handling skills preferred.
• Only male candidates are eligible.

Salary & Shift Details

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 In-hand
• Experience: 0 – 3 Years
• Shift: Rotational Shift
• Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
