Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber high-speed broadband internet connections to residential and business customers.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, handle customer queries, and explain product features effectively.
  • Visit prospective customers to demonstrate service benefits and close sales.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and timely resolution of service-related issues.
  • Report daily sales activity, leads, and conversion data to the area sales manager.
  • Work closely with local Airtel stores and support teams to ensure smooth installations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (any discipline).
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales preferred (Telecom, Insurance, or Banking sectors).
  • Age Limit: Must be under 33 years.
  • Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory for field travel).
  • Communication Skills: Must be fluent in local language, Hindi, and basic English.

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Confidence in conducting field visits and handling objections.

Salary Structure and Benefits
