Job Summary

Jio BP is hiring Aviation Field Executives to commission and operate aviation fuel stations, ensure QC and HSSE compliance, manage audits, and coordinate with airlines and regulatory authorities. Candidates with a diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aviation Engineering, along with valid HMV/LMV driving licenses and a passport, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Commission aviation fuel stations as per design and operational guidelines.
  • Manage daily operations, including fuel receipt, storage, and refueling of aircraft.
  • Ensure QC, HSSE compliance, and safety standards are followed.
  • Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies (DGCA, ATF approvals).
  • Maintain documentation, operating manuals, and statutory approvals.
  • Handle customer complaints, minimize delays, and monitor losses via MIS.
  • Support audits, cost control, and timely statutory payments.
  • Identify training needs for staff and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aviation).
  • Valid HMV Driving License or LMV license (1+ year) with HMV learner’s license.
  • Valid Passport at the time of joining.
  • 0 – 5 years of relevant experience in aviation operations or fuel management.
  • Knowledge of QC, HSSE, and statutory compliance in aviation fuel operations.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
