Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Update, validate, and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to assist management in decision-making.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies for correction.
• Support data migration and data integration activities during new system implementations.
• Create and manage Excel-based dashboards for data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data flow and improve reporting processes.
• Ensure confidentiality, data security, and compliance with organizational policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, data management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of database maintenance and data accuracy standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks independently.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of data management, validation, and quality control processes.
