Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Customize applications and design enhancements/extensions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with application consultants and developers for implementation.
- Conduct “as-is/to-be” business process analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, and workshops.
- Stay updated with industry innovations, competitor activity, and new methodologies.
- Actively contribute to internal and external technology communities.
- Maintain relevant certifications and continuously upskill in SaaS or package-based solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in Android application development.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to at least one business domain, SaaS, or packaged software solution.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, REST APIs, JSON, Git, and UI/UX design patterns.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Knowledge of SaaS applications, package solutions, or enterprise systems.
- Experience in unit testing, debugging, and application optimization.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and client-driven delivery.
- Good interpersonal and consulting skills for client interactions.
