How to Check CLAT 2026 First Allotment
- Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
- Open the CLAT 2026 section and go to the counselling / candidate login.
- Login using your registered mobile number and password.
- Check your Round 1 seat allotment status and allotted NLU/program.
- Download/print the allotment details for future reference.
What to Do After Allotment
Freeze
- Choose Freeze if you want to accept the allotted seat and do not want an upgrade in later rounds.
- Pay the confirmation fee (as applicable) within the deadline.
Float
- Choose Float if you accept the current seat but want to be considered for an upgrade in the next allotment rounds.
- Pay the confirmation fee (as applicable) within the deadline.
Exit / Withdraw
- Choose Exit/Withdraw if you do not want to continue in counselling (rules depend on the round and timelines).
Cut-off & Merit List
The first allotment list is released NLU-wise, and it effectively reflects the Round 1 opening/closing ranks (category-wise cut-offs) for each participating NLU.
