Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 was conducted in offline mode for admissions to 5-year integrated LLB and 1-year LLM programmes at 24+ National Law Universities and other participating law schools across India.

The Consortium of NLUs will publish the CLAT 2026 result online as a scorecard and an all-India rank list, followed by category-wise merit lists for UG and PG programmes.

2. Click on the “CLAT 2026 Result” or “Login” link on the homepage.
3. Enter your registered mobile number and password to log in to the candidate portal.
4. Click on the “Scorecard / Result” tab to view your CLAT 2026 UG/PG score.
5. Download the scorecard PDF and take multiple printouts for counselling and admission purposes.

• Candidate’s name, roll number, application number and category.
• Total marks obtained out of the maximum CLAT UG/PG score.
• Section-wise marks and accuracy (where applicable).
• All India Rank (AIR) and category rank for CLAT 2026.
• Percentile score and qualifying status for counselling.

Note: Actual cut-offs will vary by category (Gen/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), domicile, gender and counselling round; candidates should refer to official opening and closing ranks once the first allotment list is published.

Counselling Process

• The Consortium will open online counselling registration after result declaration; candidates must pay the counselling fee and provide NLU preferences.
• Seat allotment will be done in multiple rounds based on AIR, category, preferences and seat availability.
• Options usually include Accept (Lock Seat), Upgrade or Exit depending on the counselling round.

Documents Required (UG/PG Admission)

• CLAT 2026 admit card and scorecard.
• Class 10 & 12 marksheets and passing certificates (UG) / LL.B marksheets and degree certificate (PG).
• Transfer certificate, character certificate and migration certificate.
• Category, PwD, domicile certificates (if applicable).
• Recent passport-size photographs and fee payment receipts.

1. When will CLAT 2026 result be declared?

CLAT 2026 result is expected around mid-December 2025, most likely between December 15 and 17; the exact date and time will be notified on consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

2. How can I check my CLAT 2026 score?

Login to the Consortium portal with your registered credentials and download your CLAT 2026 UG/PG scorecard from the result tab.

3. Is there any re-checking or revaluation facility?

As per previous years, the Consortium does not generally allow revaluation of OMR sheets; marks as per final answer key are treated as final.

4. How are CLAT 2026 cut-offs decided?

Cut-offs depend on exam difficulty, number of candidates, total seats, reservation rules and candidate preferences during NLU counselling.
