We are hiring a CSO – Service Analyst for our Pune location to support mission-critical technology services, production environments, and enterprise IT operations. This is a permanent role within Group Technology Service Management.

🚀 About the Role

As a CSO – Service Analyst, you will support and manage enterprise IT services, ensure service stability, drive incident resolution, and contribute to strategic technology initiatives across the bank.

This role involves working closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Support production systems and enterprise IT services
• Triaging and resolving production incidents
• Monitor applications using APM and observability tools
• Analyze logs, heap dumps, and thread dumps
• Manage IT service risks and controls
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, policies, and governance standards
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
• Support change, problem, and incident management processes

🛠️ Required Skills

Technical Skills

• APM tools: AppDynamics, Kibana, Observability platforms
• Production support and incident management experience
• Log, heap dump, and thread dump analysis
• Platforms: SQL, Oracle, Linux, Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss
• Cloud & containers: OpenShift, AWS
• Understanding of SaaS platforms
• Security services and application fundamentals

Additional Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams

• Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
