Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls with professionalism.
  • Provide high-quality support to customers by resolving queries at first contact (FCR).
  • Deliver accurate information regarding banking products and services.
  • Maintain excellent CSAT scores by showing empathy and patience in all interactions.
  • Document customer issues, escalate unresolved cases, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cross-department resolutions.
  • Adapt to changing business requirements and shift schedules.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Bachelor’s degree in any stream, OR 10+2 with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
ExperienceFreshers to 7 years of experience in customer support roles
Work ModeMust be comfortable with night shifts (US/UK process)

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CSAT & FCR metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with adaptability to hybrid working culture.
