Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls with professionalism.
Provide high-quality support to customers by resolving queries at first contact (FCR).
Deliver accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Maintain excellent CSAT scores by showing empathy and patience in all interactions.
Document customer issues, escalate unresolved cases, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams for cross-department resolutions.
Adapt to changing business requirements and shift schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in any stream, OR 10+2 with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Experience
Freshers to 7 years of experience in customer support roles
Work Mode
Must be comfortable with night shifts (US/UK process)

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CSAT & FCR metrics.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
