Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries within SLA timelines.
  • Record interactions accurately in client systems.
  • Refer to knowledge base and resolve issues as per standard processes.
  • Ensure follow-ups and complete closure of customer requests.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by working in rotational shifts and extended hours when required.
  • Support business operations with neutral accent communication and effective business correspondence.
