Job Snapshot

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of LED lighting projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders for payment processing and clearances.
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation and develop contingency plans.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 5–6 years experience in electrical or lighting project coordination, preferably in LED lighting projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel for reporting and scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of basic electrical concepts and site practices. Experience with government processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the LED lighting industry or similar electrical projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and basic budgeting practices.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
