Job Summary

EY is hiring freshers for the role of Consultant – Inclusiveness Team. This position will support childcare operations and vendor coordination while serving as a key liaison between parents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily crèche operations including slot allocation and confirmations.
• Act as liaison between crèche vendor, parents, and internal teams.
• Track and report crèche utilization metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure optimal facility utilization and manage waitlists.
• Coordinate vendor documentation including invoices, POs, and compliance paperwork.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Reporting).
• High attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle operational issues calmly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (any specialization).
• Fresher role – no prior experience required.
