Job Description

EY is hiring an Associate Analyst – Risk Management to support US Independence & Risk Management operations. The role involves working closely with engagement teams and EY clients to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and firm independence policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand EY firm structure, regulatory requirements, and RMS policies.
• Provide transactional compliance support for US Independence & Risk Management.
• Coordinate with US engagement teams and EY clients for timely process completion.
• Act as a liaison between engagement teams, risk management, and functional teams.
• Work across multiple databases and tools to process requests accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work as per defined standards.
• Collaborate with team members and suggest process improvements.
• Plan, prioritize daily tasks, and provide regular status updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
