Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment, systems, and assets.
• Identify and resolve malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing (MEP), PHE, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, and Municipal regulations.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with external contractors/vendors for specialized maintenance work.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex facility issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in O&M of MEP systems.
• Experience in facility documentation & compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night).
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of facility safety, regulatory norms, and maintenance protocols.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in MEP, HVAC, and PHE maintenance.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting technical faults in electrical/mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate with facility teams.
• Strong decision-making skills during emergencies and breakdowns.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
