Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- For engineering graduates:
- Participate in plant maintenance and operation tasks.

- Work together with the production and engineering teams.

- For those with diplomas:
- Run and keep an eye on production equipment.
- Carry out regular inspections, repairs, and basic upkeep.
- Report equipment issues and adhere to operating procedures.

- Perform tasks as instructed while being supervised.
Skill & Experience
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of industry safety practices.
