Role Overview	This role is ideal for professionals passionate about cloud security, infrastructure automation, and enterprise support. You will work closely with both customers and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Vault and Vault Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Provide enterprise-level support for HashiCorp Vault and Vault Enterprise.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently and collaboratively.
Attend customer meetings as needed to identify, debug, and resolve issues.
Act as a liaison between the customer and IBM engineering teams.
Manage infrastructure and security challenges in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance cloud solutions and enterprise efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria	Details
Education	Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
Experience	Customer-facing enterprise support or relevant technical support experience
Technical Proficiency	Proficiency in Linux-based environments
Cloud Knowledge	Understanding of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
Tools & Skills	Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, SSL/TLS, OpenSSH, and basic network troubleshooting

Preferred Skills & Certifications

HashiCorp Vault Associate certification or equivalent knowledge.
Administrator-level certification in Azure, AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes.
Security-oriented mindset with knowledge in identity, access, and secrets management.
Experience with authentication protocols such as OIDC, LDAP.
Excellent problem-solving, customer management, and communication skills.
