  1. Online Aptitude Test: Comprising Verbal, Quantitative, Logical Ability, General Awareness, and Video-based questions. Duration: 85 minutes. No negative marking.
  2. Face-to-Face Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview. Dress code: Business formal. The interview is a day-long process.

Role on Offer

The Aspire Program prepares selected candidates for the role of Relationship Manager (RM), a client-facing sales role. Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with clients and providing 360-degree banking solutions.
