Job Description

IndiGo Airlines is conducting a hiring drive for Airport Operations Staff. Selected candidates will work in different airport operation roles including terminal service, security, and ramp operations. Candidates must maintain professional grooming standards and follow aviation safety protocols.

Available Positions

• Terminal Service: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and respond to customer inquiries to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Security: Screen passengers, luggage, and cargo using security equipment while ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations.
• Ramp Operations: Coordinate aircraft ground handling activities and ensure safe and efficient turnaround operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any stream from a UGC approved university.
• 0 – 4 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Good grooming and professional appearance required.
• No visible tattoos allowed.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Mandatory Documents

• 10th and 12th pass original certificates.
• Graduation mark sheets.
• Updated Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
• Passport issued after 2021 or Police Verification Certificate (if passport applied).
• Experience certificates, employment letters, or pay slips (if applicable).
