Core Responsibilities & Domain Knowledge

Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge in the following areas of Finance:

  • Market Operations: Capital and Money Markets, Global Custody, and Domestic Securities.
  • Banking Operations: Nostro accounts, CAS A/C, and Transfer Agency.
  • Asset Classes: Equities, Fixed Income, and Internal Accounts.
  • Derivatives: Deep understanding of Swaps, Options, Futures, CDS, and Exotic Instruments (OTC vs. Centrally Cleared).
  • Corporate Actions: Event Management, Entitlements, Claims, MIS, Taxations, and Notifications.

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment (including rotational night shifts).
  • Educational Gap: Candidates must have 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3).
  • Soft Skills: High proficiency in communication and the ability to provide floor support/feedback to team members.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • SLM Adherence: Ability to maintain strict Service Level Management standards.
  • Quality Control: Performing internal quality checks and assisting in training new hires.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong basic computer knowledge and quick assimilation of process-specific workflows.
