Job Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware components (computers, servers, printers, networking devices).
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections of IT equipment.
- Diagnosing and repairing faulty hardware components (hard drives, RAM, power supply).
- Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and wireless network hardware issues.
- Coordinating with vendors for hardware purchases, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Maintaining detailed inventory and documentation of IT hardware assets.
- Assisting in procurement and evaluating vendor proposals.
- Preparing reports on hardware incidents and performance.
