💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist Associate, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation:

  • Model Construction: Design and develop predictive models and robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • GenAI Innovation: Develop prompt-based models using LLMs and architect scalable AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
  • System Integration: Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and Knowledge Graphs (Neo4J).
  • Quality & Safety: Establish validation procedures, including bias mitigation, safety protocols, and guardrails for AI models.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional technology teams to deliver cutting-edge GenAI products.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years of applied AI/ML experience with formal training in software engineering.
  • Technical Core: Strong knowledge of SDLC, Data Structures, Algorithms, Statistics, and Information Retrieval.
  • Frameworks: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-Learn.
  • AI Tools: Proficient in LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and building RAG-based solutions.
  • Databases: Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and Knowledge Graphs (Neo4J).
  • Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
