Job Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and on-job training for technical skill development.
• Work on engineering projects aligned with your branch (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical Engineering).
• Contribute to design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and senior engineers to complete project deliverables.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Completed full-time education including 10th, 12th (+2/Pre-University/Diploma) with minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA.
• Graduation with minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA. Branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical Engineering.
• No backlogs at the time of application. Final year exams must be passed in the first attempt.
• Minimum age of 18 years at the time of joining.
• Selected candidates must sign an undertaking/bond of INR 2 Lakhs for 2 years and 9 months.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted students will undergo a Technical Interview.
• Final round: HR Interview for confirmation and onboarding.
