Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safety compliance at project sites (HSE).
  • Supervising mechanical execution in piping, equipment, and structural works.
  • Performing quality checks (QA/QC) and ensuring adherence to international standards.
  • Planning and monitoring construction schedules.
  • Managing civil execution works at large-scale industrial sites.
  • Overseeing electrical and instrumentation execution.
  • Handling site administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

QualificationFull-time Degree or Diploma (minimum 60% marks, no backlogs).
Experience5 to 20 years in Oil & Gas construction projects.
ProfileCandidates must have hands-on site experience in relevant fields.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas project execution.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings, planning, and QA/QC standards.
  • Ability to manage large construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with international HSE standards.

Salary

PositionSalary Range
Engineer / Junior Engineer (5–8 years exp.)₹6,00,000 – ₹9,50,000 per annum (₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month)
Senior Engineer / Specialist (8–12 years exp.)₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (₹85,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month)
Lead / Managerial Role (12–20 years exp.)₹16,00,000 – ₹24,00,000+ per annum (₹1,30,000 – ₹2,00,000+ per month)
