Position Summary

The USI BSO NSE ITS team develops custom products, applications, and services for Deloitte professionals globally. The MuleSoft Developer – Analyst will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager).
• Experience with REST & SOAP web services.
• Strong knowledge of DataWeave and API design (RAML/OpenAPI).
• Experience with MuleSoft connectors (SFTP, VM, Database, etc.).
• Knowledge of message queuing (JMS, AnypointMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in Java and Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker) & CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of integration security best practices.
