Job Responsibilities Role Responsibilities Senior Consultant (Academic) Design and implement academic modules for the project. Oversee curriculum development for various Indian languages. Coordinate with linguistic experts and consultants to maintain quality standards. Senior Consultant (Administration) Manage project operations and administrative tasks. Liaise with internal teams for smooth execution of project activities. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and guidelines. Senior Consultant (IT/LMS) Develop, maintain, and upgrade Learning Management Systems (LMS). Provide technical support and troubleshoot digital learning platforms. Monitor system performance to ensure seamless online education delivery. Consultants (Academic/Administration/IT/LMS/Outreach/Linguistic) Assist senior consultants in their respective domains. Conduct research and provide feedback for content and operational improvements. Execute outreach programs to promote language learning initiatives. Develop multilingual educational content, resources, and learning aids.
Eligibility Criteria Relevant postgraduate or graduate degree in Education, Administration, IT, Language, or related fields. Prior experience in academic projects, administration, IT/LMS management, or linguistic research. Strong understanding of Indian languages and educational methodologies. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset. Required Skills Academic Consultants: Curriculum planning, content development, teaching methodologies, assessment design. Administration Consultants: Project management, office administration, documentation, compliance monitoring. IT/LMS Consultants: LMS development, IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, software proficiency. Outreach Consultants: Event coordination, stakeholder engagement, marketing, communication. Linguistic Consultants: Multilingual proficiency, translation, language teaching experience, research skills.
