Key Responsibilities Gather product inputs from internal stakeholders and external sources. Act as Product Owner in an agile environment, collaborating with designers and engineers. Balance business goals, user needs, scalability, and time-to-market. Work closely with platform vendors and development vendors for product delivery. Manage demand planning for application development and enhancements. Define and manage project budgets and enhancement pools. Provide VIP product support where required. Capture business and functional requirements and convert them into specifications. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across all phases. Serve as the primary contact for business systems and product updates. Own product strategy, roadmap, capabilities, and feature sets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering. Certifications like PMP, ITIL V3, CPIM, MSCE (preferred but not mandatory). Strong product management or business analysis background. Knowledge of platform support and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
