Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and validate software for Qualcomm’s Modem-RF wireless chipsets.
• Collaborate with hardware, baseband, and RF ASIC teams to develop and optimize RF drivers and algorithms.
• Create and enhance Modem and RF transceiver software modules to improve performance and RF testability.
• Contribute to antenna tuning, calibration, and front-end software functionality.
• Participate in system-level design and debugging of RF and Modem software.
• Support factory testing, field issues, and software validation processes.
• Work in collaboration with system engineers, test engineers, and physical layer teams for feature delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Communication Systems, or equivalent field.
• Batch: 2024 or 2025 pass-outs.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in software development or RF systems.
• Strong understanding of digital and wireless communication principles.
• Familiarity with embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Knowledge of RF systems, digital communications, and communication theory.
• Understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5GNR, or other radio access systems.
• Experience with debugging tools and RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
