Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and remote sessions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, understanding and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in customer conference calls, adjusting communication for various audiences.
  • Contribute to eServices knowledge base, forums, and documentation.
  • Manage personal queue of cases, prioritizing, setting expectations, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Support rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules.
  • Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in RSA product areas.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant technical support or related experience.
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Linux servers, network protocols, web applications, and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of APIs is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and willing to work rotational shifts.
