Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and remote sessions.
- Act as a customer advocate, understanding and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in customer conference calls, adjusting communication for various audiences.
- Contribute to eServices knowledge base, forums, and documentation.
- Manage personal queue of cases, prioritizing, setting expectations, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Support rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules.
- Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in RSA product areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant technical support or related experience.
- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with Linux servers, network protocols, web applications, and SQL.
- Basic understanding of APIs is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and willing to work rotational shifts.
