A. Check Mains Result (Selection List)

3. Under “Latest Announcements”, find the link for “Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) – Mains Result 2025”.
4. Download the PDF and search your Roll Number using Ctrl+F.

B. Download Mains Scorecard/Marks

1. On the careers page, open the link for “Marks / Scorecard for Junior Associates 2025” when activated.
2. Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number, Date of Birth and captcha code.
3. Submit to view your section‑wise and overall mains marks and print or save the scorecard.

Salary Structure (Approx.)

• Basic pay for Junior Associate: around ₹19,900–₹20,000 per month (starting), with periodic increments.
• Gross monthly salary (including DA, HRA, other allowances) generally ranges between ₹32,000–₹38,000+ depending on city category (metro vs non‑metro).
• Additional benefits include medical facilities, PF, pension (as per bank rules), leave benefits and other perks applicable to SBI employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer handling at branches – cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals and front office services.
• Back‑office operations, account opening, KYC, cheque clearing and documentation work.
• Cross‑selling banking products such as insurance, fixed deposits and other services.

• Final merit list is prepared state-wise and category-wise on the basis of mains marks only.
• There is no interview; candidates who clear the mains and language proficiency (if applicable) are considered for provisional allotment.
• Provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification, bio‑metric verification and pre‑recruitment formalities at designated centres.
• Appointment is subject to successful verification of eligibility, caste/income certificates (for reserved categories) and medical fitness as per SBI norms.
