Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance to ensure the seamless functioning of facilities across multiple industrial locations. The role includes MEP maintenance, HVAC handling, preventive inspections, troubleshooting, vendor supervision, and compliance management. You will ensure high operational efficiency, safety standards, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction while leading maintenance teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations & Maintenance across assigned facilities.
  • Conduct inspections of systems, equipment, and utilities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), PHE, and HVAC systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory, and documentation.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
  • Supervise and allocate workload to maintenance staff.
  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all maintenance activities.
  • Monitor utilities consumption and control expenses.
  • Address employee and client queries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in O&M of MEP, PHE, HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, Municipal).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
