As part of the Support Services Applications (CTB) team, you will design, build, and maintain
backend systems powering modern digital banking experiences for millions across India.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Build microservices for customer onboarding, risk management, and transaction processing. Integrate with internal and third-party APIs including KYC, payments, and credit scoring. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and follow secure coding standards. Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated deployments. Collaborate with product teams, architects, and QA to deliver robust digital solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and backend architecture. Good understanding of DSA, OOP, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Experience with Git and basic understanding of cloud & containers. Ability to work in fast-paced and agile environments. Preferred / Good to Have Experience with financial/banking systems. Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, PCI DSS security standards. Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus. Certifications: Java Developer, AWS Developer, AWS Architect.
