Job Overview

- Domain: Ads Recommendation, Bidding Algorithms, and Logistics Optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Build next-generation ML/DL solutions to improve Ads recommendation quality and campaign performance.
- Data Mining: Extract insights from Swiggy’s massive historical datasets to solve complex business and Customer Experience (CX) problems.
- Collaboration: Work alongside Engineers, Product Managers, and Analysts to design and implement end-to-end inference solutions at “Swiggy scale.”
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest research in Recommendation Systems and Ads Bidding to adapt them to real-world logistics problems.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take projects from initial mathematical formulation to production-ready deployment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Math, etc.).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Languages: Python (Expert), SQL, Spark.
- Frameworks: TensorFlow, NLP, and Deep Learning (DL).
- Modern AI: Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI is a major requirement/plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving from first principles and strong communication skills to explain technical work to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Background
- Experience in E-commerce or Logistics domains.
- Proven track record of shipping data products to production.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies.
