Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for home network deployments, modems, routers, wireless systems, and VPNs.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Handle firewall configurations and network troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with non-enterprise networking equipment and voice support issues.
• Work in US Shifts (24×7) with both-side cab facility for commuting.
• Collaborate with team members and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates with a Computer Science background (mandatory).
• Freshers with CCNA pursuing or certified are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 CEFR level).
• Immediate joiners preferred, with batch date 28th October 2025.
• Strong interest in networking and tech support.
